*Offer is based on documents being in good condition for a standard file box size 10 x 12 x 15. Pages are assumed to be letter (8 1/2 x 11) or legal size (8 1/2 x 14). Also, we offer secure shredding for a small fee.

  • Document Page Preparation - This process is preparing the paperwork to be imaged. This can include repairing all rips, tears, removing all staples, paperclips, binders, tape, folds, sticky notes, etc. from the document. This process must be completed before scanning can begin. 


  • OCR Procession for Searchable PDF Files – This process of indexing will allow you to locate a word or phrase that appears in the document. It is useful in any situation where non-structured documents are being stored for retrieval. 


  • Multiple file folder index, for each file - This process of naming our documents once they have been scanned. This can be as simple as a single name per folder. The pricing for indexing varies on the number pages per file and length of index the field needed. 


  • Scanning Color Image Files - black / white, color, mixed colors (based on the original) 


  • Secure Document Destruction - This process happens within 30 days of data delivery allowing the client time to review all scanning work before the documents are destroyed. 


Note: Double-side pages counts as two pages for costing.
